I got this in response to my email to them complaining that the Amazon voucher I ordered had not arrived. I'd waited a couple of months by this point and was on about my 3rd mail of complaint.

Anyone who complained and got this mail should check their accounts to make sure the 10,000 compensating points have been credited. Mine showed up on 14/09 as Compensation Amazon. I don't know if they'll give the points to people complaining now, but it's worth a try. Maybe you should send an email saying someone you know told you T&V aren't doing the Amazon vouchers anymore, so can you have a refund of your points and the compensating points that your friend mentioned.

I think we call it French Polynesia It's Tahiti and a bunch of other islands in the Pacific, AFAIK.

I'm sure droopsnout will be able to educate us more. The only things I can think of regarding Polynesia is nuclear tests and Gaugin.

hi, even if you have filled in your theme based profiles before(on personal area page) have a look again because they have added some extra questions to the topics(should have a little blue symbol next to them). if you do them all again, doesn't take long as original answers are still on there, it gives you a couple of thousand points for completing them all again
