I did when they told me they weren't doing them any more - told them it was the only decent "real" reward (as opposed to stupid draws) they had.
Perhaps we should email them a link to this thread too.0 -

I would send them an email, but searched the site yesterday for an address, and failed. Can someone point me to it, or post the email addie? Edna_Bucket wrote:Right - in view of all the complaints, I thought I'd make some suggestions of how people might get some answers to their problems from "real" people within the company.
First - I reckon you could waste a lot of time using the contact form at the T&V website:
http://www.testandvote.com/contacts.php?
or by using the only email address they seem to provide on that site:
question@testandvote.com
but try those first.
If you want to get to "real" people and give them deserved hassle for their poor Customer Service, then you have to go to the parent company who runs these panels, as explained here:
http://www.testandvote.com/qui.php?
This is called To Luna, and their webpage with the names of senior management is here:
http://www.tolunapro.com/html/en/dirigeants.php
They are of course all Frenchbut there is a London office and number you could call at the bottom of the page!
You might not want to go to the expense of a phone call to France to bend the ear of the CEO, but if you do want to call Frederic Charles-Petit, you can reach him on +33 (0) 6 33 08 03 91
However, for the sake of a UK call and if you are hacked off with T&V enough to do so, I did find the numbers for a couple of the senior UK based people:
Lee Powney, Corporate Marketing Manager, ToLuna PLC: 0207 153 4557
Mark Simon, UK Sales Director, ToLuna PLC: 0207 153 4552
I wonder how quickly the T&V site problems would get sorted if a few MSE'ers made their feelings know to these gentlemen?
I also found the email for the France based "Panel Director":
Laurent Sabouret
Panel Director
Laurent.sabouret@toluna.com
If that's the general company email format, then I would guess:
Mark.simon@toluna.com
and:
Lee.Powney@toluna.com
for the other two. Might be worth copying them all in on a complaint message so they all know what's really happening out there!
Hope this helps some MSE'ers missing points and vouchers from this lot to get some answers!

They do seem to reply to the form at:
http://www.testandvote.com/contacts.php?
but the irritating thing is they then email you from an address you can't reply to, so be warned in advance that if you want to respond to anything they come back to you with, you'll have to "cut and paste" it all back into another form.0 -
Thanks, Edna. I really should have remembered that was there! I blame senility, you know.Much of the social history of the Western world over the past three decades has involved replacing what worked with what sounded good. - Thomas Sowell, "Is Reality Optional?", 19930

OK, I've emailed four email addies in both languages. HTH.Much of the social history of the Western world over the past three decades has involved replacing what worked with what sounded good. - Thomas Sowell, "Is Reality Optional?", 19930
