Not expecting a reply any time soon, as it took about 7 attempts last time, to even get a reply :mad:Hi there,
I redeemed 60 000 points for a £15 HMV voucher, on 06/02/2007. I have still not received the voucher, despite the email I received from you on 15/05/2007, assuring me that the voucher would be on the way.
As it is now clear that you are not going to send my voucher, could you please re-credit my account with the points, and I will spend them on an alternative.
I'm sure you can appreciate that waiting over FOUR MONTHS for a voucher which never arrives is totally unacceptable. Although I do enjoy filling out most of your surveys, I believe that you should at least be forthcoming with the promised incentives.

I am so dissapointed with them I have lost count of the emails I have sent them with just no results.
I'm owed £80 in pixmania vouchers and what must be 100000 points now for about 14 surveys and most of those 10k point rewards each. I have wrote email after email and forwarded every none credited points survey email to them. They have replied twice with the very same email,
'Please forward the emails invitations for the non credited point emails' I do every time and they dont do anything at all.
As for the pixmania vouchers they did wqrite back after god knows how many mails just saying I have to wait a few more weeks!!! I've already waited weeks more than I should

I know it's quite a drop in value, but I think I I'd convert them to ipoints... At least stuff I've ordered from them turns up!!!0 -
The people having problems with ipoints seem to be contacting Consumer Direct

since when did they reduce the HMV vouchers?
i had one earlier this year and it was £15 for 60000 points...hmm...
wont be too bothered as long as i get it as quick as i did last time0 -

I KEEP emailing them about missing points about 40000 in total. Some I have been waiting for since December. Occassionally they reply, with a message saying "please forward us the invitation emails", even though I included them in my initial query.. Then, if I reply again with the invittion emails, they don't respond. I then start this process again and the same happens!!!! It's like banging your head against a brick wall!0

That is exactly what has been happening to me I've not been paid for 14 surveys now these are old surveys.
Does anyone know what can be done about it other than wasting more time sending ignored emails? What with the £80 pixmania vouchers that I havent recieved yet I want to try and take it further but how the heck do I do it?Thanx

They seemed to be fine giving me points, until I got to 55k, now I'm close to redemption and they have stopd giving me the points! I'm owed about 10 questionairres worth now!0
