I got one of their standard emails saying there's been a hold up and they haven't got the vouchers in. It's a shaM. It happens every time with this lot.
Got same email my self yesterday after chasing HMV voucher:female:0 -

I have noticed in the last month they have sent me loads of surveys to win tickets for competitions, I delete them coz how can we trust any competition when they cant even abnswer mails properly or send us the points we redeem
I did one of the competition ones once, because there was a product to test on offer as well. We were supposed to get emails about a month after the competition closed with the names of the winners, but nothing ever showed up, so I decided not to bother with the competition ones at all in the future - I think they could at least fulfil the t&cs, it costs nothing!0 -
Don't know why I keep doing their bleeding surveys sometimes! Still missing so many points from the last 2months

I really don't think they care to be honest, besides they prob wont even read it for another 6 weeks due to logback of complaints and enquiries about missing pointsThanx
