i can't believe it either. When I ordered my voucher 9-10 weeks ago it was for a £15 voucher. If they send me a £12 I'll be really annoyed. Surely they'd have to honour the amount promised when the voucher was ordered?

I got one of their standard emails saying there's been a hold up and they haven't got the vouchers in. It's a shaM. It happens every time with this lot.

Got same email my self yesterday after chasing HMV voucher

Yep, two vouchers received here, too, both for £15.

I sent them a link to this thread perhaps they are now frightened we are all going to leave.

Seems to have worked , if they read it.

My £15.00 voucher has just arrived too! Even better news, the item I wanted to buy with the voucher has also been reduced by another £3! :j

I have noticed in the last month they have sent me loads of surveys to win tickets for competitions, I delete them coz how can we trust any competition when they cant even abnswer mails properly or send us the points we redeem

I did one of the competition ones once, because there was a product to test on offer as well. We were supposed to get emails about a month after the competition closed with the names of the winners, but nothing ever showed up, so I decided not to bother with the competition ones at all in the future - I think they could at least fulfil the t&cs, it costs nothing!

I really don't think they care to be honest, besides they prob wont even read it for another 6 weeks due to logback of complaints and enquiries about missing points
    Thanx
