Isn't it funny how they take away your points instantly, when you claim a reward (ie hmv voucher) but take bloody ages to give YOU points for taking time to fill out one of their surveys?!

Aren't they nice to us?! lol

I just noticed they have taken off pixmania for vouchers they don't seem to be participating anymore. I hope this isn't going to effect my claim for the £80 worth I ordered some weeks ago from test and vote. They are delaying in sending them to me so I'm quite concerned now
    Thanx

I wouldn't have bother if I were you.

The surveys are so long and boring and the points on offer c**p. I worked out that each survey is approx 20 minutes, with on average 4000 points on offer. So for every hour of surveys you do, you may get 12,000points. But you need at least 60,000 points for a voucher. Is it worth it....

Over the time I've been with them I've found T&V as much hard work as anyone on here, but just recently they've been comparatively efficient.

I just today received the £12 HMV voucher I ordered on 23rd May, and although it says on the top of the email "Congratulations! On behalf of Test&Vote we have the pleasure of sending you this £15 HMV.co.uk E-voucher." when it's now a £12 voucher, getting me briefly excited, it's the first voucher I've received from them that's taken less than the 3 to 4 weeks they state.

I also sent a couple of emails enquiring about missing points from surveys, and I got replies to both, and the missing points credited, within 7 days. Usually that takes a lot longer and multiple messages back and forth, and then actually getting the points isn't guaranteed.

OK, so the response is still the slowest out of any survey site I've tried, but I've got to give them credit for the improvement. At least, for as long as it continues.

Did anyone do a three-evening forum discussion on recruitment websites for Test and Vote, the survey link was FS-3046? Has anyone had their £20 voucher yet for HMV or M&S for doing this? It was in the second week of May...
