Just wanted to tell everyone about an incident where I had the wrong points added a while ago just in case anyone else did the same survey and got ripped off too.

    Survey ID: SO-3009

    Number of points: 4,300 points

    Survey closing date: 10/05/2007

I only got 3.400 points for this one, and I noticed.. I emailed them about it. I didn't get a reply but my missing 900 points have been added, which is good but they couldn't be bothered to reply and apologise.

Ive had 4 lots of vouchers in the past.

Ive had 2 lots of HMV on order for 2 months. T & V are really going downhill IMHO.

Ive also e-mailed about missing points some were added but Im still owed 40,000 & theyve not replied to my e-mails.

I'm so annoyed about Test and Vote - I needed 40000 points for a £10 HMV voucher, then when I had the points they put it up to 60000 for a £15 voucher, and now, when I have finally had my uncreditted points added (after 3 weeks and 3 emails) they've made it 60000 for just a £12 voucher!!!!!!!! I don't believe it!!!

i can't believe it either. When I ordered my voucher 9-10 weeks ago it was for a £15 voucher. If they send me a £12 I'll be really annoyed. Surely they'd have to honour the amount promised when the voucher was ordered?

I got one of their standard emails saying there's been a hold up and they haven't got the vouchers in. It's a shaM. It happens every time with this lot.
