Finally, A bit of good news.
Remember my HMV voucher that I ordered, WAY back in Feb?:mad:Dear Mr T*****,
Thank you for your email. I am sorry to hear that you have not received your HMV voucher. This voucher was sent previously to your inbox in February, but has clearly not reached you successfully. I believe these emails can sometimes get caught up in spam filters. I apologise for this and enclose the voucher code that you were to receive:
Voucher code: TE-*****-48*21-*****-93*83
For instructions on how to use it, please go to:

Once again, please accept my apologies for the delay and I hope you enjoy spending your voucher. I would also like to thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.
Kind regards
Mairi McCormack

I got this, less than ONE day after emailing them to tell them that I had been in contact with Consumer Direct, and That they would be taking the matter further. (Actually, I did contact Consumer Direct, but They simply told me to get everything done in hard-copy, then come back to them)
As for the Spam filter thing... I could see how that could have happened, except that the email Address I use for surveys doesn't have a Spam filter enabled on it (for prescicely this kind of reason).;)
So, there you have it folks.... Go get 'em:money:0 -
Just done a survey this morning for beer, did a fair bit picking which lager i would by and which i wouldn't over 35 pages with different options. Then said i would have to pick from some more and the next page then said they had filled quota for survey, very annoyed.
Surely if you start one and qualify you should get all way to end.:female:0 -
Had the same one the other day, showed over 90% complete and then got the same message. I've e-mailed to complain but haven't heard anything back0

I got that too there were a lot of pages and selecting this n that and I couldnt believe how far I got into that survey before they decided I wasnt right for it. I cant rem who did the survey but I got the feeling they wanted to get the answers without paying, if I knew who they were I wouldnt complete any more by them. Do you think tst nd vote are aware of them doing this?Thanx

Does anyone know whether CD-WOW vouchers from T&V (If I ever get them ) can be used on other WOW sites, like WOW-Woman?0

I did the beer survey a few days ago as well. Answered loads of questions before being told they had filled up the quota for that survey. I was pi55ed off, but I thought it was just me - I didn't realise it had happened to others as well ... it's obvious they want to get as much info as possible without paying a single penny.

I think we all need to cancel our accounts, after claiming our next reward-the more that take a stand the better. maybe they'll get the hint if everyone stops using them? I'm fed up of having my time wasted-just to be told I'm not suitable or all places are taken at a very late stage in a survey.
