Juicy - you made a report, whether it was of a wrongdoing or not, you don't know for sure.

You say this person is not a friend, but you love her.......yet, rather than have a discussion with her to find out the facts as I'm sure she would confide in you if you were so close, you just jump off and make a report, that if they had taken it from you, could've caused her undue stress at a time where she may just not need any more piled on top. If you really want to help this girl and see that what she's doing all above board, why don't you get in touch with her, invite her over for a coffee while you go through what she is entitled to to help her out, and then also just happen to have the CSA forms for her. Get them all filled out, and you offer to put them in the mail, 'cos after all, you'd be popping down to the post office that day anyways right? It may just turn out that she's been putting on a show of happiness, trying to make it work, and that quite simply, it's not working for her and a decision has been made to separate. If it ends up being fraud - then at least you'll have her address then to make a proper report. Otherwise, if you really do love this kid - try being there for her - it just might be genuine, and she might just be in need of an understanding person to help her through.

Sorry, not being horrible, cannot read this due to lack of paragraphs. Have very low concentration due to health problems.

That was exactly my point but on phoning felt it was up to me to investigate, prove with evidence, then report. That is what blew me away- they were expecting me to do their job for them- surely a name and some substance for a legitimate report should be enough for them to investigate.

Well, you do need a reason to suspect (and therefore, report) the fraud.

This is the problem- they'll bleeding laugh at me if I say I suspect it from face book- would they be able to get a history of deleted posts?
    Juicyloo wrote: »
Have just done that- explained I did not know but suspected- but- because I cannot give her address details, the dwp will not investigaye- DESPITE my allegations.

I keep saying this- no, of course there is more substantial evidence that I have- please do not keep saying this
I am just repeating what you have said in this thread.

Are you actually a troll? Cos you are really coming across as one. I just thought I would ask, see if we can draw this thread to a close.

I think the point was, that you have said on this forum, that you suspect the fraud due to posts on facebook. Some of these posts have been deleted, and you were wondering if they could be recovered by DWP.

You then say you have evidence to suspect it is fraud, but you haven't mentioned what that evidence is, but seem concerned more about the posts on facebook.

You've come here asking for advice, and sometimes, in order to give that, people need to ask further questions. When they don't get answered, you can hardly give advice can you?

She is - hence the - X is back from work at 5 so cannot come for a brew- if I was her I'd be out like a shot

But the point is you are NOT her you don't know what is going on behind closed doors maybe she is freightened of her X husband you don't know 100% what is actually happening as you are not the husband or wife.

I left a violent relationship years ago and had to plan it all while he was at work and pretend everything was fine when he got home until everything was sorted and me and my DD had somewere to go.
There is no way I wouldn't have been there when he got in from work as I knew what would have happened if I wasn't there.

Don't rely on what her friends/family are telling you is going on because until you speak to her yourself you don't know the truth.

To be honest I wouldn't have suspected anything from her facebook post other than a mum who is trying to sort herself and her kids out but then I can only judge from what you have posted.

I am a single pregnant mum at 29, DD is nearly 7, DS due in October, which I would never have planned for, or thought I wanted, but I am happier now than I have ever been! :D

Really? who the hell do you think you are?

Judge me when you know the whole story little girl
