Hi All,
If you have booked your hotel through 1800hotels.ie they have gone bust and your hotel will be cancelled.
Hope this helps some people to save disappointment and the extra cost of having to repay for a hotel they had paid for already.
If you paid by credit card please contact your bank xx

GTA have sent many cancellations so please make sure before you travel your booking is still confirmed and not cancelled, remember if your booking is cancelled you may not be able to secure a room at that hotel as your room may be let... check before you travel...

This might explain why I'm still waiting for my expected cashback from Dec 2009! Only used 1800hotels once and ended up paying hotel an extra $50 a night for the grade of room that I paid for through 1800. Swore I'd never use them again and look what happens. Now that's what I call consumer power! (Yes, I've visited site and read it was creditors which brought it about but I can dream, can't I?)0 -

Great .... booked to go to Cannes in August .... looks like that is going for a burton .... booked via 1800hotels.com ... assume same site.
