Premier Control Security - Private Parking Company

Of course it is a scam, as if they do go to court the charge is way beyond any consequetial loss under a contract, so would be laughed ot most likely, especially if there is no charge to park, merely an implied obligation to buy a Big Mac. Mr Enforcer are you related to Perky by any chance? As you present your self very much like a hunter of three billy goats gruff, do you live under a bridge? You appear to be a Troll, now go back and lurk under that bridge.0

I will be keeping an eye out for the post and get ready for these letters to arrive.
Good. Well done for stopping the cheque, stopping the scammers getting any money from you.
Don't be worried, you will now just have to ignore the usual debt collector letter chain that everyone else gets. Nothing will happen if you ignore it from now on.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

He works for a PPC & can see his industry crashing and burning around him - adios clampers! Once the majority of people know to ignore PPC tickets then the whole game will be up.
Is it Perky back again after his last alias was canned when he blackened the name of Southpaw on Pepipoo. Honestly at least some of the PPC troll aliases had style in the past. Lurking is just plain mean spirited."There's no such thing as Macra. Macra do not exist."

I received a parking ticket in Southall Macdonalds on Saturday from Premier Control Security. I'd parked left the site to get some money and returned to find a ticket. I explained to the person giving out the tickets and he just said you can't park here without purchasing anything. I went on their website to pay the ticket yesterday and the site said site under construction. I then saw the comments on this site telling everyone to not pay and ignore. I'm a little nervous of not paying this ticket. Is this absolutely correct:question:? Please advise.
The same thing happened to me this afternoon, however I refused to pay £50 cash to the parking attendant. I appreciate the advise on the website. When I researched the Premier Control Security, there was no company registration with Companies House and they do not have proper address other than PO Box...? Their website is also under construction.
Furthermore, I wrote to the owner of the Southall McDonalds and I am planning to write to McDonalds HQ as it is harming the image of McDonalds.0 -
Just think about it, if you did pay that 'attendant' the £50 cash, all he/she would have done would be pocket the money and still give you a lovely invoice in the mail, unless the attendant gave you a receipt.
Just ignore whatever they decide to send-you0 -
Any private parking site where the signs indicate you can or should pay an attendant the exorbitant penalty/charge is extremely suspect in my opinion. Doubly so as the Company name does not exist.
These companies operate a mail based operation and it is standard practice for them to say not to pay any on-site attendants.
I suspect a paperwork free, tax free lone wolf operation.
Are there pictures of the signage and the invoices used by 'Premier Control Security' at this location.0 -
            Hi All,
The same thing happened to me Yesterday, As a read on this forum i will not pay any penny to them, but my question is if the don't have my details ( except my vehicle registration number) how will they get my other details, like my home address/name etc.
The DVLA are not allowed to give any details from anyone to scammers like this company (premier control security).
Please can you advice?

Yes they can. You agree to it when you sign your car registration documents. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0 -
Thank you all for your response.
You know what happen, I just call that scam company "premier control security", I DIDN'T MENTION MY DETAILS AND MY REAL NAME! Lady pickup the phone she was litterly walking on the road, the 08448793191 phone number was connected to her mobile. and she said you have to send the money by cheque or cash as special delivery, when I said to her can i pay by debit/credit card she said, No, we cann't take any payment on the phone or online.
SO MY ADVICE IS: PEOPLE DON'T PAY ANY PENNY TO THEM, EVEN THE COMPANY IS NOT REGISTERED, AND DVLA CANN'T GIVE AWAY YOUR DETAILS TO UNREGISTERED COMPANY. SO DON'T WORRY AND TAKE GOOD SLEEP.0
