The stuff with ex will resolve itself one way or another over time. It won't be much fun, but you will at least come out of it with your head held high.
Well done on STS this week - with all that is going on, you are doing fabulously well :TSuccessful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -
Woohoo, Toy Story 3 is being released on monday, it was supposed to be on friday and I was gutted because I wanted to go and see it for his party but guess who decided he would take him on saturday instead ... anyway, as its been changed it means we can see it this week before he goes to his dads for the weekend, so I have just booked for me, ds, my sister and her 2 boys to go and see it on wednesday followed by a party meal at pizza hut afterwards :j :jMortgage Total: £50,720/ £75,000

Happy new diary! :j
Sorry to hear things are a bit "pants" with ex and CSA, I've always found them helpful, but I suppose it depends on the branch you're using.
I actually have them pay me weekly rather than monthly, then if a payment doesn't arrive one week I can get on to them straight away and get it sorted rather than wait a whole month."Start every day off with a smile and get it over with" - W. C. Field.0 -
Well we finally both got dressed and have been to the library to sign up for the summer reading challenge, I also booked ds in for a craft afternoon there with a space theme ... he was number one on the list so its not exactly in demand
Still, its free and will occupy an afternoon nicely for me
Also spent £2 on birthday cards and popped into the estate agents to take the flat off the market but the saturday girl there was clueless and someone will ring me

We've had a lovely afternoon with friends down the beach at the castle, the boys played footie and frisbee while we sat and had a cream tea and a gossip, was lovely
I ended up paying for all the cream teas (£11) and a friend bought the kids ice-creams
Nothing much else planned for the rest of today, maybe some comping, should do some ironing, but generally a fairly lazy one.Mortgage Total: £50,720/ £75,000
