I normally use tesco if I'm having it delivered but couldn't find any free delivery codes for them, so went for Asda £2 delivery. I also ordered guinea pig food from them but they were out of stock, so will have to get some next week from tescos, luckily I've got plenty at the moment, but they had it on offer.Mortgage Total: £50,720/ £75,000

I tracked down two old friends via facebook tonight and have just spent an hour chatting to the two of them, it has made my night, why do we not make more effort to stay in touch with people that are important to us?? Well now that I've found them again I won't be letting them go again
It really has made me smile tonight :j

Have just heard from an old uni friend who found out today his wife is pregnant :j Am dead chuffed for him, hopefully they can get their marriage back on track, (baby wasnt planned), he had to let me know as he was supposed to be coming over here (lives in US) for *ahem* a reunion weekend together
However, we've now both decided to cancel it and he's concentrating on his marriage (wife had an affair last year and has been very rocky). I really hope they get it all sorted, he'll make a great dad

Evening all ...
Tonight may be a big night in the benbenandme household ... I have spoken to the mortgage company and normally I am allowed to make overpayments of up to £499 per month, but in January I can make a bumper overpayment of up to 10% of the mortgage. This means that I can transfer a big chunk of the mortgage pot and actually pay off some of the mortgage rather than just build it up if that makes sense? So, once I've checked a few figures tonight I may be making an overpayment of somewhere in the region of £4k :j :j
My actual mortgage balance is currently about £40K, and I have approx £8k in the mortgage pot so it will still leave enough of a float for matched betting but will officially clear a chunk of it too
In other news ds had a fab swimming lesson, they started learning front crawl today and he did really well :T Spends today = £5.62 on bread rolls, weetabix, fruit (so so expensive).
The last part of my Next order was delivered today too, a duffle coat that looked gorgeous in the directory, but when I put it on it makes me look like someones rolled me over in a carpetStill, its another £30 I don't need to fork out now so thta can go back to the shop too
