A happy Benbenandme tonight ... Bournemouths manager has decided to stay :j :j I know this doesn't sound too exciting but loyalty these days in football is very very rare and he is an amazing manager so its very good news for Bournemouth
Today has been fine again, the guy is coming round tomorrow evening to fix the hot water so no hot bath tonight, just a cold shower
I did spend 80p on a choccy bar for ds at swimming as I forgot to take a snack for him, but otherwise its been a nsd.
I did sneak a peak on the scales earlier and its looking like a 2lb loss this week, which isn't bad but a bit disappointing for the first week on the diet, but I do find when I start a diet now my weight doesn't shift much in the first week anymore, I think I've done so many diets that my metabolism is messed up
Right, off to play with ds for a bit before trying to get him to bed a bit earlier tonight, its 9pm most nights at the moment and he's grumpy becuase of it :cool:Mortgage Total: £50,720/ £75,000

Well done on the weight loss BB. I am in total awe at the way you manage things, and the MBing- i keep thinking i should have a go at it..will continue reading.Blackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?
Still lurking around with a hope of some salvation:cool:0 -

The hot water man turned up tonight, he thinks its fixed, will let you know tomorrow! We went to mums for a roast dinner after that which was yummy
Today has been another nsd :j I'm pleased with the lack of spending since last weekend, can't believe its friday again tomorrow already either
Tomorrow evening we're off to mums again to watch Bournemouth on Sky, its looking like our manager may be leaving after all, despite promising to stay on tuesday he's had another better offer from a club near the top of the Championship, so hopefully tomorrow we'll see one way or the other about that
Thankyou for the comments Tigz and Bob re. the weight loss, I don't feel as though I've really stuck to it (although I have), I seem to have had quite a lot of snacks, and a hell of a lot of fruit, I normally hardly ever touch fruit and have been having 3 or 4 portions a day this week :eek:Mortgage Total: £50,720/ £75,000
