Pinklady thats fabulous news!! I'm really pleased for you, do you know when you may be getting the little one?
I don't feel very energetic or motivated, but I always have one or two projects on the go, the mortgage being one of them and my weight often being the other. Currently housework seems to have made a surprise appearance up there so I am running with it while it lastsSo far, one week into the new year and the place is still clean and tidy and that is a lovely feeling, although I am sure it won't last, but while it does its good
We may wander down the beach later too for a walk, the sun is out here and its a lovely day, so should really make the most of it. Wait until you have your little one and you will suddenly find reserves of energy you never knew you hadMortgage Total: £50,720/ £75,000

Well our Local Authority approved us on the 6th Jan 2011 so we just have to wait for a match, she is optimistic as our Local Authority only has at present 10 people on their books having been approved, so we are hopeful, she does not envisage a child moving until April, May earliest, however we are all ready, room is decorated, everything done, so going to have a last min holiday in Mar, April, been waiting 16 years to become a Mum and now it all seems real, we are both excited I am looking forward to being able to play more of an active part on your thread as I will have a child too. I am also working on my weight i weighed myself today and was the same as I was when I last did the diet (all of 2 weeks) so feel as if i have not gone back, as we have laminate floors and a dog i find that it always looks messy. Thanks for your response, i read your blog all the time to catch up with what you have been doing.

Pinklady - that's great news about adoption. Have you requested a boy specifically? As Benben has said, please do keep us informed about progress and if there is anything we can help with, please give us a shout, especially as I'm in the same town as you.0

I do do c/minding but only before and after school and you'll probably be looking at St Peters for school won't you. I'm at the top of the hill so do Highdown. However, I do also manage a pre-school which I think is only a few minutes away from you... on St Mary's Road.
Meant to say as well - if you are looking for a c/minder down the bottom, I do know the majority of them and can help you!!
Sorry for hijacking thread Benben0 -
