    So the payment has been made, just under £4k officially wiped off the mortgage tonight :j :j Its a wierd feeling, kinda exciting, a little bit scary as that money now can't be retrieved :o, but overall proud ;)

    Hi Benben well done I know the feeling of seeing those figures coming down is more than worth it. Lets hope things look up for 2011 sounds like you have had a lot of hassle in 2010. On a diet myself so good luck with that too.
