Morning all, ugh ... friend dind't leave til 1ish this morning, we had a lovely night, lots of gossip with an introduction to the betting thrown in, we will need to do a couple more sessions once she's read all the introductory guides several times It was lots of fun but this morning I feel very sluggish

So, todays plan ... some tidying and cleaning, going out to do a few bits and pieces and a night out tonight

I've been to the shops and returned the last of the Next order, I also popped into M&S and picked up a couple of their count on us meals (they have ww points worked out on them ) and am currently waiting for the oven to warm up so I can cook a yorkshire pudding filled with beef in gravy, broccoli and carrots

Spends = £15 on food.

Now time to catch up on here for a bit, look for any bets available today, eat lunch and then some housework.

The guinea pigs have been cleaned out, the flat tidied and hoovered quickly through. I still need to clean and dust it all properly and then hoover properly too, the ironing still needs doing, but for now the footie is kicking off soon so I'm going to have a couple of hours on the sofa with the laptop, followed by a nice hot bath before I go out tonight, the jobs can wait til tomorrow

Bournemouth won 1-0 today against Brighton, the league leaders, so thats a great start for the new management team :T :T

Hot bath is done, dinner is eaten, time now to go and get ready for a night out with a mate, who hsa finally decided to give up on the guy she's been after for months, so tonight we're both on the lookout for any nice male talent
