Sorry for the late response; not been around much over the last few days.

Just to be clear on this, Fixonline 9 is not available for sale and cannot be seen as an option to swap to on our website or any of the comparison sites. This is the same for both existing and potentially new customers.

I know some of you have been given this tariff when you've called in and spoken to certain agents. However, these agents are acting independently and contrary to a briefing sent round a few weeks ago. Looks like I'll have to arrange for this to be briefed again.

Sorry for any confusion caused but hope this makes the issue a bit clearer.

Fixed Price 5 doesn't have a cancellation fee for changing supplier/tariff before the end date.

Just a quick heads up, though. We don't give discount on final bills when changing supplier and you might want to take this into consideration.

Booooo to the price rise.

They've pulled Fixed Online 5 at the same time. Does anybody remember what the rate was, and if it would already be cheaper than what SaveOnline 9 will be once the price increase kicks in? I guess not, but would like to know. Their systems are down when I tried to ring, and the guy didn't know what the new fix would be. It's not on the website either.

Or does anyone know how much more expensive the EDF fix that's still available is compared to what SaveOnline 9 will be?

One step closer to knowing who to switch to at least :-/

Sorry there was a problem with our systems last week.

If you're on Fixed Price 5 and have registered with our website, you'll be able to see the prices online by logging into your account.

Just select Switch Now from the bottom of the Your Account page. The next page will show your present tariff at the top with all the current alternatives listed below. Saveonline 9 will be one of the options displayed.

Is SaveOnline 8 cheaper than SaveOnline 9 ?? as I have been put on 8 to start 1st of September after 2 ends and 9 is coming up cheaper on uswitch.

Prices vary depending on the region you're in. The best way to check is to pop your details on to one of the comparison sites. This will not only show which of our products is best for you but will also display all the tariffs from the other suppliers.
