Format, re-install Windows. It'll be such an infected install that even if you do manage to remove it all, it'll be that flakey you'll end up re-installing anyway.

Try a AntiMalware scan in Safe Mode
the instructions contained within the link (safe mode)
as to Hammymans idea of formatting and reinstalling, although it would probably be easier in the long run you cant actually do it if you dont have a disk drive as you have stated,
basically formatting = deleating everything from your hard drive (or partition depending on how your system is set up) then you would have to have your windows disk and the key to reinstall itDrop a brand challenge
on a £100 shop you might on average get 70 items save
10p per product = £7 a week ~ £28 a month
20p per product = £14 a week ~ £56 a month
30p per product = £21 a week ~ £84 a month (or in other words one weeks shoping at the new price)0 -

should be in your start menu (i believe) safe mode basically goes to as basic a system as possible with no auto starting programs and should only allow a program to run when YOU open itDrop a brand challenge

will just see if anything comes upmy favourite food is spare ribs0 -
Nest time try Safe Mode with Networking. It would be better , not only so you can update Malwarebytes via the Internet, but that you can download and install as Administrator.0
