i ricked my foot at lunch time while walking in town, it was ok while i was walking on it, but this afternoon, being sitting at a desk it is now really painful. it hurts over the tarsal bones for my little toe and 4th toe, but infront of the ankle bone.

do you think it's just a sprain? should i go to a&e?

I would happily clean decks and bogs if I could just be on there for a short while.... is anyone lucky enough to be on it for a holiday perhaps!!!!!!!!!

Sorry Scaredy we are all too busy lusting after the boat and hoping that we can be on it! If you are unable to put weight on your foot would put mind at rest and go to A & E, but maybe soaking in cold water when you get home and resting may do the trick if just sprained.

Scaredy, ouch sounds painful. Arey ou able to put any pressure on your foot? Has it swollen up? If you're concerned about it, please go to A&E.

it is really painfull to walk on at the moment, i've got a 5 min, probably 10 min walk now to the bus stop to get to my car, i'm hoping that might ease it a bit.
I don't want to go to Addenbrooks A&E cos it's a nightmare to park!

Scaredy-I would be tempted to RICE it...rest,ice,compress and elevate.....and see how it goes...


Sorry girls,boat is fully booked already this summer!! Now THAT would be an MSE meet wouldn't it?? (Not very MSE though..gotta get to Palma first!)
