It could well be, if/when the Fraud Bill hits the statute books. Although, that seems to criminalise even the entering of an incorrect address, when signing up to an online freebee.

how can we believe you when you say you gave them away - how can the company? i bet you actually got as many as you could and sold them off or something - 50 is a lot and i think you are now rolling in the cash...pay the company the money you owe them and dont be so greedy next time - it annoys me when people take advantage like this as it spoils it for genuine buyers - you see it all the time in the cheapo shops when they have a really great bargain and you see the shopkeepers stocking up so they can make money on it....................pure selfishness

I do realise I have done wrong but there really is no need for such a public battering, NO I did not sell them on! I wouldn't do that! I didn't see much harm in sending my friends and family a couple of bunches of flowers a week for four weeks.... Everyone is entitled to and Thanks for your opinion though

No seriously I think she knows she did wrong so really we should let it lye now. In answer to whether they can take action - my guess is no. However it is a lesson to us all. Good luck!!

Actually, update on this one, my Friend who did the same thing as me, ie sent loads of flowers recieved a phone call today to say the company have delivered more flowers to one of her recepients! Though I don't think they have realised yet as she has not had a bill from them YET.... THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH FOR OFFERING ME ADVICE I REALLY DO APPRECIATE IT....

Dear All, well it turns out the company still have another code offering flowers free with a discout of £22.50 off leaving you no bill to pay.... If anyone wants the code or thinks I should post it then let me know....

I had a similar problem with a catalogue code, i ordered only 1 item, so the whole thing was free then they charged me for it because t&c's said items had to come from a certain catalogue to use the code, when i kicked up fuss they shoudl have told me this when i ordered - they refunded my postage costs, so if i returned the goods it wouldn't cost me anything.

At the very least you could get the company to refund your postage costs, but in honestly ordering 50 bunches is asking for trouble, it's people taking advantage that spoil these offers/remove these offers from the rest of us.

if your that silly to think you won't get caught the doctor might be more help than CAB
