So here (at last - sorry Mirtos) are my totals. As you can see I have been doing quite well. I got a payrise in September which is currently all going towards debt. However, I do owe my £450 service charge this month, as well as having to return my flatmates £300 deposit, so not sure how much I'm going to progress!

Natwest Graduate Loan (6.5%) = £1,640.00

Student Loan = £8,864.87
Credit

TOTAL = -£15,589.93
TOTAL PAID OFF SINCE START OF CHALLENGE = £2,945.88 :j
Goals:- Have made a definite decision to sell my car any buy something cheaper with boyfriend so need to research how much I can get for it (reckon around £5k) and what else we are going to buy.
- After finding a thread on here I have been doing some mystery shopping and reckon I'll earn about £120 from it so far. Need to keep my eyes open for more jobs and get cracking!
- Start thinking about Christmas, planning who to buy what for and for how much etc. Am determined not to let it sneak up on me and overspend like last year!

Oh good, everyone is still here. I was feeling a bit lonely! It seemed to be the Leon and DDDK thread for a bit - perhaps we should start a late night show on the BBC for some extra money?
Sorry I'm a day late with my update but I am still waiting for my cheque from Capital One - due on 16th November. I've sold a few more things on ebay and just banked £80+ from PayPal. I've restarted matched betting but only made £10 this weekend. I might do another one today if I get the time. Also got £20 from Quidco, but this is currently on the way from Quidco to my bank account. Hopefully I'll have enough to pay off the Egg loan in one swoop!
I've been quite busy lately, but this should all slow down again tomorrow when I can put my debt busting hat on again.
PS I'm now under £16,000 :j

yeay! feels good doesn't it?!??
If I sell my car for £5k and spend around £1k on its replacement, my debt will go below £13k which would be AMAZING! Does feel a bit like cheating though as everyone else is working so hard to pay off their debts the long way round!!! :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
ps: still haven't got in to matched betting yet [hangs head in shame.....].0 -

Good to see everyone posting again and doing so well. Keep it up everyone.
I have finally cracked into the Matched Betting market and doing well.
£36 odd profit. Not sure how thought because was only had £35 of free bets so I guess I picked some good odds.
Its not that bad once you have logged onto the site etc. You can see what they are talking about and they are all great on the Newbie thread and the tips thread.
Also got £70 for signing up to 3 companies via quidco.0 -
