Have just read this whole thread. Really feel sorry for you & your family being in this position. I can't understand why EH aren't interested. Personally I would not want to move into a house that had anything to do with your current LL or his agent. I feel that your best bet would be to get into some kind of social housing & the advice given would help with that move. I can't believe that anyone seeing your current accomodation wouldn't move you straight away. I do hope that things start to get better for you all.0

We moved!!!!!!!!!!!!
Our lives have completely changed because of this, my itchy behind has gone.....no one seems to be coughing bad anymore.......and we actualy want to spend time in our house.
Moved into a 3 bedroom house 3 weeks ago. We were really lucky (about time) in getting this house as its from a freind of family.
The house has been gutted, re-wired from top to bottom, plastered everywhere, new windows, new doors internally and externally, new kitchen, new bathroom, new carpets in every room, brand new cental heating system with double skin radiators.
Fantastico! We proper love it.
We also drove past our old house, LL has stuck a A4 sized advert in window saying he wants £320/month for it now, with a bond.
Truely disgusting, wish i'd of taken some photos when we were moving out, the photos in page 1 really don't do the damp justise. The bedroom wall was black, and I mean black!
DO NOT TOUCH GOLAM PROPERTIESIN HUDDERSFIELD, LL is called Tony Senior. They have properties in Halifax/Huddersfield & surronding areas.

Glad you got it sorted, T4i. I'm from Huddersfield and I certainly won't be recommending those cowboys to anyone.
