    Morning all

Got up early and went to a bootfair, had a good mooch and got some fabric and photo frames and a couple of silly bits to go in DD's stockings for christmas and then pootled on home. Had to come straight in and jump in the shower again - so, so, so hot....the walk was only 3 miles but the heat made it seem more like 10.

School uniforms were washed, dried and ironed yesterday so nothing urgent for me to do today - DD's are due home around lunch time from their sleep overs so it's still lovely and quiet.

I never find any bootfairs near me to go to - mind, on the grounds I have two boxes of pressies in the corner from my bargain hunting I'd probably need another room :D

Am going to go on with decluttering. Have decided to see if I can fill the ebay box with some more stuff ready to do listing maybe at the end of the summer.

  • Afternoon,

Been for a lovely walk, the sun is shining and there was a slight breeze that helped to cool me down.

I too have a box of gifts for Christmas and yesterday managed to finish my cousin and brothers presents! My cousin has a storage box from Dunelm filled with lots of colouring, crafty things and the majority of it came from the 99p shop" My brother's got a box filled with toiletries!!

I'm making a space themed hamper for my OH nephew, he loves DR Who and I managed to get a National Geographic telescope for £5 in the Christmas sales!

Sorry to bore you all there!

    Afternoon.

Bun, glad DD's ear is better.

Lou, glad you had a good night. I use the glittery liquid eyeliner, usually I just wear that and no eyeshadow if it's a coloured one, if it's just black I use eyeshadow. I've also got this thing that turns eyeshadow into eyeliner, I got it from Too Faced in Boots, I find it a lot easier to apply liquid eyeliner. There's a range in Boots that do the glittery eyeliner for £3 so it's not too bad if you try it and don't like it.

Well, I was going to go to the afternoon car boot today but I've realised I have way too much crap already.

Can I be cheeky and ask if anyone has the slimming world books that they don't use anymore, and if so can I buy them off you? I've been talking about losing weight on the NTN thread and that seems like the plan I'd be able to follow the most.
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.

good afternoon, i'm shattered, went to bed got woke up at 2 with police van, and went next door, she was found, all safe now.

Just had a mad clean through downstairs, need to go to poundland and get some storage boxes so i can sort Nathans craft stuff out, cause at the moment its everywhere and he doesn't know what hes got or what he hasn't. He sold 2 cards to next door this morning, i had to personalise them as hes gone on a bike ride so he'll be chuffed when he gets back.

just need to sort out upstairs now then i'm sorted.

I got into a size m knee length shorts this morning!!!!! they were a bit tight getting up over my belly but fit lovely on the waist :)

    helllllllllllllllllllllo.

Hope everyone is having a good day. I took Charlie to the park just after 10. It was pleasantly warm when I arrived but unbelievably hot less than a hour later when I left!!

At a bit of a loss as to what to do for the afternoon. Couple of pairs of trousers to iron, but after that it's other housework-y type stuff so nothing exciting! Been having a wardrobe sort out this weekend and have half a charity bag full of stuff that's too big.
