Scaredy, no I haven't but from what I've heard it sounds the best plan for me. I just want to keep it simple really.

Ames, check with your dr if they do SW on prescription - you get 12 weeks either free or get vouchers. I'd advise going to a min of 4 weeks to a SW class, as there are lots of things you learn from the consutlant and other members. The support is great too. My friend has been going and lost over 3 st in about 4 mths.

Alss, yo0u get the mag at a reduced price and they have their own hi-fi bars - which are v good.

I'd love to lose 2 stone, but I'd settle for 1!!
Had to send DD to her room in front of her two friends for being cheeky to me:mad:.Her mates are taking the pee really,(at least I think so)..next door have a lovely outdoor pool, and are v generous with it. They have taken to turning up here, complete with swimming gear, and they immediately expect to go next door swimming.I knew for a fact that neighbours had 2 lots of friends over,so I said no,you can't go and knock next door. They said "Oh,but XXXX said we could!" But XXXX is only 7,she's not in charge says I. On top of that, these 2 girls got out of their depth in there last week ,and neighbour had to jump in fully clothed to fish them out,so I said no...anyway DD was then cheeky to me so I sent her to her room, and told her friends that she wouldn't be coming out to play now.....
    Debt-free...and staying that way...

srm, that IS pretty cheeky of them to do that, especially when the neighbour has got friends over already....I'd have sent her to her room too!
