The fact is, it's not your problem. You can't get Natwest to change the address because its not your account to change.

I can't just go into a bank and change Mr X's address. If your ex housemate has done this and Natwest still haven't done it. It's upto him to sort, not you.

It is up to the account holder to sort it, not you.

i have not tried to change his address i know that it is not my choice to, all i am trying to do is stop his mail coming here, because it is my problem because its affecting me, how hard is it for someone to stop sending his mail here?
