How do you want to do this? i suggest biggest %age loss for team over 4 weeks starting Wed 29th??? Nothing too serious just a bit of extra motivation for a few weeks.

Hi everyone

Sorry I haven't checked in yet this week, been super busy! I lost 2lbs again this week, so only 1lb off 2 stones :j

We're going on holiday tomorrow though so I won't be able to weigh in this Wednesday and chances are a couple of cheeky lbs might slip back on :eek: but will start afresh when we return on Friday!

My little puppy (I say puppy, she's nearly 2 now lol) Izzy & I are doing a 10km sponsored walk for Dogs Trust on 3rd October so that should burn a good few lbs off and Mr Melvis says I have to do a few practise walks whilst we're on holiday with the doggies so maybe the holiday lbs will be balanced out? :rotfl::rotfl:
