I take Morphine MST up to 100mgs every 12 hours
+ Oramorph up to 20mgs every 4/5 hours.

    And?

Im on a drug 100xs stronger than morphine and more PRN than you have posted above and it proves nothing, being prescribed morphine dosnt mean that you are unable to work, Im looking for work but my disabilities mean that its extremly difficult to find a job that I can do safely.

I cant work because Im a full time wheelchair user who also has damage to my upper spine meaning that my right arm/hand dont have much function, Im also severe/profoundly deaf yet Im looking for work, my disabilities mean my body dosnt function yet can you ride 3 miles on a bike!

I worked until the day of my accident and I also still pay tax and it dosnt mean a thing, its not a bank account that you can dip into when you feel like it.

So as long as after your car is paid for, running costs, laptop, and anything else that you could possibly use including a portion of your mortgage/Council Tax (as use of home as office) telephone your net assessable income for DWP purposes is less than £1040, you are entitled to continue to claim ESA!!!

But aren't they overlapping benefits? And how the hell can you claim an in-work and out-of-work benefit at the same time?

As mentioned before, I have never had any help from the DWP or the staff, the opposite in fact.

Perhaps they recognise a crook when they see one?

Tax Credits is not an overlapping benefit - it is paid in addition.

If you think that is wrong then you must think it wrong that people are earning up £93pw working less than 16 hrs pw and claiming to be too sick to work. Thousands are doing it!!

And the funny part about it is that these same rules apply whether it is contribution based or income based!

So in other words on Income based ESA you effectively get IS at the same rate, but you can earn another £93 pw on top and not loose any of your benefit because it is ESA and not JSA. Hence ESA is a better benefit to be on - including Pension Credit.

I don't know how you can say that when I have kept the DWP fully informed of what I do and intend to do.
I regularly complete form PW1 and submit it.
I have never had any objections and have always cleared it with HMRC when I submit my Tax Credit claims.

A crook has to be doing something illegal, I don't!

I must admit I preach this system to others, and they do not have a problem.

Just as long as you keep within the terms of Permitted Work

A crook can also be someone who doesn't know the difference between right and wrong - something more important than the difference between legal and illegal.

I predict a case of epic fail for andyandflo. You seem to have made many fundamental errors with your tribunal.

Thanks for all your comments, all I asked if anybody knew a way of having the DWP look at the evidence now collected instead of waiting months for the Tribunal.

Never mind, I have received comments, as was expected from current and ex employees of DWP, that typifies the thinking that that department has of the claimants it is supposed to serve.

I have the distinct impression that the thinking is that if anybody dares to go against the system or use it for one's own advantage - all hell breaks through.

Ok, let us see what happens at the Tribunal, and should I win, then I will be reporting on here that fact for you all to read.
I do think I have enough intelligence to work myself through it.
