Gate closes at 15:55, i take that to be the check in!
then you my friend are wrong.
Check in is check in desk, gate is boarding gate. Two entirely different areas.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0 -

I just asked the Mrs at home to mail me the pdf bording pass.
Correct departure was 16:25 and as Ryanair state you have to be at the gate 30 mins before departure so i suppose we needed to be through security by 15:55 to be at the gate by 16:25. The fact that we could have gone through security in a matter on minutes is irrelevent.
Ryanair got my by there rules i ticked the little box to fair and square.
As for Ryanars tactics, well thats another matter seeing how she virtully drooled at the prospect of selling me the high end ticket to Stansted and the fact she announced a minimum 45min delay in front of me.
I no doubt assume customer service and compassion are not in ryanairs dictonary.peachyprice wrote: »then you my friend are wrong.

Why would the check in time be on the boarding pass? You get the boarding pass after you have checked in no matter how you check in! Surely that's common sense??
'Gate' always refers to the boarding gate, i.e. where you get on the plane!
I find these kind of posts hilarious!Green and White Barmy Army!0 -
