How long can you do that for though? What about your cholestorol, do you need to get it checked regularly? (not judging, just interested)

Hi ya chums ,well garage lady turned up eventually at 2.30.so by the time the paperwork was sorted it was 3.30 and boiling hot outside .still shopping was needed and so I did a sainsbobs run and got back and put it away then waited until gone 9.00.pm. to go to get some bits from tescos and now all of my shopping is packed away and no more needed until the end of next week, thank goodness.its very hot and humid tonight in Kent and I have a huge jug of squash with iced water in it to try and keep me cool. The car that I have as a courtesy car is a tiny VW polo ,as I am used to a seven seater Zapfira it seems like I'm driving a toy car but it beats walking and the boys will have great fun tomorrow morning shoehorning themselves into it to go to school.I am in a better mmod now all the shopping is out of the way for another week, far too hot to go anywhere near the shops for awhile .I am off for a read in front of the fan
Good night God bless all here
