if we get them at all it'll happen on monday. I expect that i'll get a package through my letterbox including a glue stick worth £3.50..

I got the cd player by ordering a 19p ruler over the internet (it did say in their catalogue tho free with any order over £39)....i just tried my luck and got it. I also got the speakers with a 49p glue stick over the internet (dunno if it had anything about ordering over a certain amount with the speakers)

Ive touched lucky by the sound of things, i also recieved packages by next day delivery.

Can you confirm that you ordered fron neatideas on the internet and got the speakers - i.e. completely contradicting the earlier statement about being a 'phone only' promotion...

I wont use them again I've still not recieved an email from them regarding the order being canceld so for me c-r-@-p company that tells me order is canceld when I ring it not like I asked for free credit and even then my credit is clean.

I once orderd a 14p optical mouse with free printer catridge p+p 3.50 from inkclub.com still use the mouse and inkclub.

Hi,

Ordered a 6 inch ruler and entered 3 free gift codes, Surround sound, cd player and some A4 folders.

Grand total, incl. delivery £3.16.

Ordered on 6/9/2006. Still received nothing, and nothing has been debited from my bank account.

No confirmation emails, nothing. Poor company in my view.

What should I do now?:mad:

Yep...i did do it over the internet. I didnt recieve any confirmation email or anything, just recieved the parcel the following day.

hey everyone,

just to let you know that i got a phonecall from neat ideas this morning. They said that my card had been declined because of a wrong digit or something so i had to give my details again.

Once i had gone through that process i asked whether i would receive my free gift as if a glue stick came on itself i didnt want it and she said that "the operator has included a free gift so yes".

No mention of my first order though which was for a ruler.. nice of them to tell me it had been cancelled.

I doubt i'll get anything but a glue stick but we'll see, im going to hold out until tomorrow..
