Order came to day no free gifts:mad:

Inovice states picnic set to follow didnt put a code in for that one

Can see another order having to go, also i didnt recieve email order confirmation either

I got an email from my mate to say it was a 2gb mp3 player with the P48-HOME code.

As you can see from my post I was genuinly impresed with the company but not so anymore.
I rang them only to find out that order was canceld as the ruler is out of stock but its still letting me order it on web, I do agree I was being greedy puting codes in for free gifts but the company has not made it clear, I did want the speakers but I will just get better from superdrug and to be honest the company has put me off a little well totaly I dont think I would use them again.

I was interested in something on the website but nah I will go to the staples, why do you give free gifts?? to entise customers there is a good chance that you would have orderd something of higher value if your order had come.

anyway was told that due to backlog it will be monday when people might recieve the goods, the csa sounded rude, empire cat always send me offerd for free steam cleaner or £20 of on order of £20 or over so I can get something of £20 for nothing. these workers have never seen these gifts and they dont know. lolz anyway good luck

I tried to email them not sure if its gone through, I want to be off their mailing and also instead of informing me the order is cancelled I had offer a shredder with free cd player. if ordering a ruler is wrong then the system shouldnt allow it and if ordering of more than 1 free gift is not allowed again system should not allow it.
