I think you should move out asap before it sends you mad.
Come and live all the way up here by us, it's really quiet.

I think you should go to social services about neighbour number one
poor children. Good luck I hope you find a solution soon some people are just so selfish 0 -
A lot of the trouble I had was that the walls were so thin, the music drove us mad in the end. These sort of people dont give a toss about anyone but themselves.Makes me mad thinking back to it.Went shoplifting at the Disneystore today.

I am in an identical situation to OP and can totally sympathise, i ignored my neighbours from hell for 18 months until 1 of the children verbally abused me one evening on my way home from work, i reported their behaviour to the ASB team the next day, that was a year ago and can honestly say the situation has not changed at all. Its a very long drawn out process with diary keeping etc and mediation is the preferred remedy (this has also failed) i have also been informed by my housing officer this week that they do not re-house tenants as a result of anti social neighbours. I am currently looking for a mutual exchange, but as my mother keeps insisting 'everybody wants to move for a reason, you might end up in a worse situation' i'm willing to take that risk. In hindsight i would have looked for a mutual exchange at first (and saved for a deposit in peace) and not reported them, its not worth the hassle and there is not really anything the ASB teams can do.0

Thats the trouble- people here say report them to this and that but its a complete waste of time,my neighbours when I reported them started saying it was me and then it just ended up tit for tat nonsense. I just found the easiest thing to do was move, these people never change they're missing brain parts.Went shoplifting at the Disneystore today.

oh wow your post could have been me 4 yrs ago, same situ housing assosiation new build houses, prob is they move all the scum from one decaying place and shove them all together with the odd nice family stuck in the middle. We did what we could complaining etc i even ended up shouting at my neighbour one day after her bloddy animal of a child threw a metal pole over into our garden while my toddler and baby were out there! It got too much and caused so much stress i won't give you the whole story but they were worse behaved than the 2 constantly barking dogs they had!
The other side were druken party holders every weekend, we ended up exchaging with a couple who were trying to get away from teenagers who'd found out thats where their teacher lived.
The best thing we ever did, we live in a council house now surrounded by ex council houses as they are all owned now. I will never complain about my neighbours banging around and having the odd party again after that nightmare.
Seriously though put yourself up for an exchange you can't win this battle and you'll just cause yourself too much stress and trouble if you try.
I do believe the couple we swapped with had more fight in them than we did and ended up in a few arguements with the worst neighbour and eventually forced them to move out. What goes around comes around in the end.0 -
The fact the neighbours have kids isnt your fault, the parents shouldnt be acting the way are,0

I'd shop them for benefit fraud if nothing else. Kids or not, I'm sorry but I don't pay my taxes so people can live for free and pop out kids like a Pez dispenser.
Harsh, probably...but they are being bang out of order, and the worst thing, they know they are but they don't care.0 -
