Is there anyone you can telephone to go through filling in these long, complicated forms with you question by question?
Someone I work with says whether or not you get a benefit depends entirely on how you complete the form:eek: She even subscribes to a website that gives lots of help and advice, which I find a bit disconcerting.

In particular the DLA form which is like War & Peace. Why do they make the forms so intimidating? Guides on the HMRC website I don't find that helpful. I want a person to go through it with me line by line.Stopped smoking 27/12/2007, but could start again at any time :eek:0 -

Do you think subscribing to sites like this give people an unfair advantage over people who have struggled to fill in the forms themselves?Stopped smoking 27/12/2007, but could start again at any time :eek:0 -
