O2 "SELECT" customers

When I upgraded my O2 phone a couple of months ago I was told that because I am an O2 select customer I can upgrade every 9 months instead of 12.

Im not quite sure what being a select customer means except that a few years ago I got a letter from them saying they had upgraded my account to select and gave me a freephone number to call when i wanted to speak to there customer services -

So for those of you who are "select" customers and are at 9 months call now!

  • Hi,

Yes as a Select customer, you are entitled to an upgrade once every 9 months. Furthermore you will find the customer service far better.

Could I please ask, what is your monthly spend?

    Thanks

If someone upgrade the phone during their contract period, what will happen when you want to bargain for a better contract hen it is up for renewal? By upgrading the phone, you are tied down to another 12 months with O2.

    Please advise.
