Elfen, I love the classics and when we moved I had to donate the majority of them to a Charity shop.

I just got my assignment mark back 55% which I don't think is bad considering I really stuggled with the question. My average mark is 56.75%.

LMC, 55 is still good hun. And I'm enjoying reading them, which is good as it'll mean I'll enjoy talking and writing about them.

Cheers Elfen and Beanie. I might have to have a glass of something to celebrate tonight maybe?

My favourite is Vanity Fair and have read it four times. I was also lucky enough to see some of it being filmed in Bath. I also enjoy Jamacia Inn and am now on my second copy of the book!

I've just started my xmas shopping :rotfl:I got the new Book People catalogue this morning and came across something perfect for my sister. And a few things I like the look of....

So I'm a third of the way there!

I've also had an idea for my neighbours to say thanks for doing my garden. I'm going to take some pics of my/their plants and blow them up to A4 and put them in frames.

Don't know if anyone remembers the other week when I was upset that they were talking about me. Well I've just been out and they've brought my bin in for me, and marked it with my address. So without interfering or saying anything they've just done what they can to help out. I'm so lucky - the only guy who's fit enough to bring it in up the stairs has a wife in hospital with MRSA, so he's got enough on his plate without helping me out. Sorry, just wanted to share such a nice story.

LMC, I loved Jamaica Inn. I always thought Daphne Du Maurier would be hard to read till I got Frenchman's Creek for xmas. So I'm gradually picking up more of her's whenever I see them in charity shops. The Works had a box set for a tenner, I'm really kicking myself for not getting it.

Elfen, I think she's good. She's really varied too, from more romancey type stuff, to quite scary stuff.

Gah, what I wanted on the Book People came to £20, so I had to add another fiver to the order otherwise I'd have paid £4 postage, which would be silly. I wanted everything I've ordered, but the flat is starting to burst at the seams with books!
