hi all, popped home for lunch today.
Claire - as the others have said, it will take the first week to really kick in and I now find my scales don't move all week when I have a sneaky peek and then drop 5 pounds etc when I weigh in. The first few days are the hardest, I was really hungry in the late afternoons for the first week, but then it stops and you feel fine. Also depends I think on your carb intake before you started.

why don't they accept cv's butti?
Presumably because they are on a tight budget and only appoint to specific jobs. They don't need help for a couple of days a week from someone with experience of planning, regeneration, housing, project management and local government.
Ah well onward and upward.
Bun - you are so brilliant at your job you should be able to sort another one if necessary. Can't they just get rid of the cow on the grounds she's not very nice and quite disruptive!
