I'm here (me and my patch). My eye aches a bit and is a bit irritating but otherwise okay.

Found some jobs yesterday so have bits to send off today. Have to sort my jobs file, paint two walls and clear the bedroom. Have to have the whole house shipshape by the end of the month for renting out (if necessary).

Rang up a Housing Association yesterday ready to send them my CV and they said 'We don't accept speculative CVs' which has put me on a bit of a wobble. If they all say that then my plans for a relevant part-time job alongside my course may be scuppered!

Claire-dont weigh yourself daily-wait to do it weekly.

You should be in ketosis unless you have eaten something that has inadvertently knocked you out. Keep drinking the water...

Hi ya Butti-how is the eye feeling?

Yes it is very quiet. I have been gardening today and getting a veggie patch all prepared ready to plant. Should be interesting as I am known to have brown thumbs but am willing to give it a go.

  • Morning everyone,

Claire - keep at it and as bun says weigh yourself weekly, otherwise you'll fall into a trap and become obsessed with your weight.

Butti - be posititive and things will come together. Sending lots of posititve vibes our way.

SRM - is that the bootcamp that featured in Fat Families Second Helping? Enjoy the sun!

Lizzie - sending lots of get well hugs your way.

Gonzo - welcome back and it's good to hear you had a great holiday.

Hello Beanie, Mz Grim and Bun.

I've just been for a 15 minute walk and feel much better for getting some fresh air, it's blown the cobwebs away!
