Bun I've done everything the booklet says, and i'm weighing food and putting veg i'm allowed from the book on tablespoons and measuring it, and i'm drinking 2.5 litres of water. Perhaps my body will take longer?Boiler pot £30.92/£10000

Some people may take a bit longer if they have a higher amount of glycogen stores-it depends on what you ate before you started the diet really.
It sounds like you are sticking to it perfectly so that may be why.Empty pockets never held anyone back, only empty heads and empty hearts can do that -Peale0 -

claire, you can't weigh yourself daily, it doesn't work like that ,as some may be water weight. You need to give it time.

I eat quite a lot of pasta amd cooked dinners bun, did the week before i started and i was drinking about 5 cups of coffee in a morning, i'm just drinking just plain tap water i keep in the fridge, i've had a few mouthfuls of coffee with skimmed milk like it said in the book. This morning i had 2 mouthfulls then i couldn't stomache any more.
I didn't eat breakfast before i went on the diet, and just picjked cakes and buscuits during the day, had a meal about 5 with the family and them picked in the evening, some days i just went without food till the meal at 5 then picked. would that make a difference?Boiler pot £30.92/£10000
