I am also joining the queue with my newspaper tickets. I live in Burnham-on-sea (5 miles outside Brean) and would advise to stay clear of pontins in Brean this year, local news suggests its having a massive amount of money spent on updating it this year so leave that one for next year. However there is a very nice site in Burnham-on-Sea - I think its a Haven these days but would recommend as its a lovely site, right on the beach and within walking distance of the town centre. Can't comment on accomodation but like somebody has already mentioned don't expect the Ritz!0
