    Morning everyone.

A lot of rain here during the night which has cooled things down a bit.

Took mum to the park yesterday afternoon but the rain started so we had to hurry back. She found it funny and kept shouting rain. Got her back before it got too heavy.

Im feeling a bit CBA today. Think I will just do a bit in each room.

Hugs for everyone specially Toots. Lady L and Diva.

Morning all, getting myself ready today.:D

Had a lovely barbeque last night in York, my special 'pulled pork' which I'd slowcooked all day went down a treat...got tons of compliments.:)

Anyways managed to hang the last two loads of washing out as its a beautiful day with a gorgeous breezy wind, makes it so much bearable.

    Today need to;

wash down the path and disinfect.

Clear up front garden as bindweed has gone demented

    finish packing for week

    buy cat food

empty bathroom bin, in fact all household bins

make sure hamsters have water and food

    clean chickens house

Other stuff I'll add as I go along.

Does make me laugh, we asked the school for permission to take DD2 out (no exams year) and they posted a letter which arrived yesterday which said they did NOT give permission....pffft. Funny how its one rule for some and not for others.

Anyways best get on. Catch up laters. x

thought i could smell a barbeque last night!.....glad you had a good time:beer:

Valli it sounds as though you had a good night.:D

I am now clean and just having a coffee before i do 2 x HHC's at 11.00. I want to get out in the garden this afternoon so i need to get as much done in the house as i can before lunch. I'm going to get Ds1 to clean the car, he's not happy about it but tough, he's not spending all day on the xbox while i'm running around like a blue bottomed fly.;)

    Morning!

DS2 and I had a great time in town yesterday, as it happened to be the Mayor's Parade. I even found some free resources for our activity week. Still don't have a whistle or blindsfolds/ties for the 3-legged race, though. We also visited a friend and then I went out late to join DH for a drink.

Lie-in for all of us this morning, but I've got to get my bum into gear now. Plan is to:
    do HW with DS2
    do laundry
    sort out activity week stuff
    do work stuff due tomorrow
    DW
    empty bins
    sort meals

I know it's not a big list, but the work stuff will take hours, so this is the most I'll be able to do. Hope everyone has a good day and bearable weather. It looks like it's windy here, so good for the washing. Must turf DS1 out of bed soon to get his laundry.
    x

been ironing for 2.5 hours ironing - and still lots to do!

decluttered ds fishing - Oh will be leaving for cricket early - all arranged so they will be back to watch the footy.

OH has been sat on his butt all morning - why do his weekends involve relaxing..whilst mine are just full of the usual stuff?

I often ask myself this although he does wash the dishes and do a bit of ironing sometimes. He's done nothing this weekend though.

I'd like the recipe as well please.

We often send letters out refusing permission - we know people will still go, it just goes down as unauthorised - it's either allowed or not depending on their attendance percentage.

    Have a great holiday!
