appointment being made for ASAP with the solicitor... hopefully he can fit me in this week otherwise I'm stuffed.. well and truly! Which is of course what the vermin is relying on!.. I'll have the court hearing moved if I have to!

Just catching up with thread...

Piggers it's a tactic - solicitor will have told him to try to get YOU to pay the court fees etc because KH isn't funded...counter-claim for your costs...

NN chatted to, he is moaning about having to cut his grass, I did gently point out he had his hose pipe sprinkler on it most nights, !!!

Going to weed and potter around the garden, ready for 12 noon when I expect the red arrows to turn up! :j

Morning all, getting myself ready today.:D

Had a lovely barbeque last night in York, my special 'pulled pork' which I'd slowcooked all day went down a treat...got tons of compliments.:)

Anyways managed to hang the last two loads of washing out as its a beautiful day with a gorgeous breezy wind, makes it so much bearable.

Today need to;

wash down the path and disinfect.

Clear up front garden as bindweed has gone demented

finish packing for week

buy cat food

empty bathroom bin, in fact all household bins

make sure hamsters have water and food

clean chickens house

Other stuff I'll add as I go along.

Does make me laugh, we asked the school for permission to take DD2 out (no exams year) and they posted a letter which arrived yesterday which said they did NOT give permission....pffft.:mad: Funny how its one rule for some and not for others.

Anyways best get on. Catch up laters. x
