    few bits put in the garage

    Going to do a HHI and then lunch

  • I'd like to start again please - I missed monday so will hoover and mop the kitchen today - surfaces are all clean as I have just batch cooked 7 meals for four of us plus flapjacks and a cheescake - have 1 hr to get the cleaning done then can sit down with lunch and get dd from nursery!

    15 bin bags of clothes now put back in the attic.:eek:
    Clean clothes all folded and put away.
    Hubby rang to be lifted, not enough going today is it was cancelled.
    Kids outside with hats, gloves and scarfs on, in the rain.:rotfl:

    Cyclingyorkie I hope all goes well today.
    Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
    And things go wrong no matter what I do.
    Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
    But you've got the love I need to see me through.

    Updated list.

    Monday ~ Kitchen and Dining Area
    Level One
    mop floors
    Level Three
    Clean door seals, deterrgent drawers and filters on the appliances .. run through a clean cycle if you've not done one in a while

    Tuesday - Living Room, Hall and Stairs
    Level 1
    Vacuum through the living room, hall and stairs

    Remove clutter making sure stairs especially are safe
    Level 2
    Dusting, even if around everything
    Clean windows and all glass.. including the tv screen
    Clear the mantel and only put back the items which are supposed to be there.. and that doesn't include letters, keys or other treasure!
    Level 3
    15 minutes sort of the junk on the landing!
    Vacuum under furniture you can manage to move without hurting yourself


    Extras
    1. Wash any cushions, throws or curtains that need it
    THIS WEEK
    Paint skirting
    Fill hall ceiling
    Pick what is for DD's room. DONE

    Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
    And things go wrong no matter what I do.
    Now and then it seems that life is just too much.

    Wipe and replace small appliances.. Clean one thoroughly!

    Wipe units and large appliances.. don't forget kickboards!
    Empty and clean out the fridge. Work all the almost past its best stuff into this weeks meal plan.

    1. HHI
    2. Defrost the freezer if that needs doing.. shouldn't take long in this weather!
    3. Binbag dance

    shop for said meal plan remember ice poles (deffo not buying them there)

    I've done the livingroom and removed many hotspots to their rightful places. Now do I do the hall or start the ironing. mmmmmmm.....

    Morning all

    A nice start to the week for me. Have recently agreed with OH that on days I am at work but he has no work, I'll leave him a mission to do.

    Yesterday he finished off my extras (I had already done curtains and pelmety thing), just look at this:

    Eltee's Extras this week


    [STRIKE]Wash our bedroom nets, curtains and pelmet-thingy.
    [/STRIKE][STRIKE]Wash junk room and bathroom curtains etc.
    [/STRIKE][STRIKE]clean windows, sills etc. of above rooms whilst nets etc being washed! [/STRIKE]
    DONE! DONE! and DONE!

    Eltee's Extra Extra's for rest of week:
    • put lurking winter clothes into bags
    • put bags of lurking winter clothes into loft
    • chuck out 11 items of old, sad, not-fit-for-purpose-or-charity clothing, due to recent acquisition of new clothes (bought in sale of course)
