T mobile ripping me off

Damnit! My phone battery dies everyday! T-Mobile said my contract is for 18 months, so why does my phone not last me 18 months? I am calling consumer direct right now!

Listen guys there's nothing in the manual about switching this off/on.I contacted the consumers rights and they say I've got a case and they will look into it,if I pay them a £30 fee.
I will explain why you do not have any case against T-Mobile and you should not pay anyone a single penny to chase what is essentially a pointless case. The term SMS stands for Short Message Service - the clue is in the word Short! Even if T-Mobile are somehow preventing you from sending Concatenated SMS there really isn't a lot you can do about it.
I would suggest you avoid anyone claiming that you have a case, specifically if they want to charge you money when there are genuine free consumer rights services available!0 -
i just spoke to tmobile on your behalf geordieboy and they said the best thing to do is take the battery out the phone place in in the box return the phone to the box too then send it off to them as you clearly arent up to using a mobile phoneReplies to posts are always welcome, If I have made a mistake in the post, I am human, tell me nicely and it will be corrected. If your reply cannot be nice, has an underlying issue, or you believe that you are God, please post in another forum. Thank you0

I know with my T-Mobile Pulse on Android 1.5 that if I go past 1 sms text message length then the info box says [Sms 2], then says [Sms 3] if I go above that. Any further and it changes to [MMS] which is when I cut back until it says sms again....0

assuming the logic is
1 text = 10/15p
2 texts = 20p/30p
3 texts = 30p/45p
4 texts = 40p/60p
one MMS is likely to be less than 40p/60p ...obviously doesn't seem to take into account free texts in plans.Yes Your Dukeiness
