No- ebay may close their case, paypal may close theirs, net effect- no open cases.

No- you get one chance to open a case, once it's closed you can't re-open it.

No- you are only allowed one open at once, no extra effect WHATSOEVER, as they are treated the same way.

Just thought I would give a tip to the OP.

If the seller says close the dispute and they will refund you. DO NOT as once the dispute is closed it cant be re opened. This is a trick used by some poor sellers to get out of refunding.

Future spammers need to do something to boost their post-count, don't they.

  • hun i'm only trying my best to help, youre just discriminating against italians which i regret to say is racism
please dont be racist im only trying my best :o

I don't think there is any need to play the "racism" card...as none of us on here know each others' race, and it makes no difference anyway?

Although you say you were trying to help your advice was wrong and others were trying to help you get the advice correct.
  • oh well, with some conflicting advice (albeit appreciated!) I have open cases with both ebay and paypal. With paypal I have already escalated the claim. I'll see what happens? Keep you posted.....
