I love shred, and think that it fits into anything else....my only problems are when I do long runs AND shred, so now I only do shred on days I am not running - there are only so many energy cells to go around!

I am making progress.....slow progress, but progress nonetheless.....some element of going round in circles is evident, but I am hoping it will sort of look a whole lot better by the end of the day, at least on the surface. Cupboards and the like will wait another day!

Millionaires Shortbread - my mum used to make it - I've never succeeded with it and neither has my sister.

Have made 4 dozen cupcakes and iced them for my godson for tomorrow - he is going to the Wolrd scout jamboree next year so is funding raising........ didn;t really lick the bowl from the cake mixture or the butter icing .............. Shred has been dispatched ....... can't wait (much!)

Enjoy the rest of the day - I'm off to write thank you notes to the children that gave me pressies on the last day of term.
