Am ok. Someone has given us a "friday music quiz" at work, and the competitive element of me is rising rapidly to the top.

It is amazing how much tosh I retained in my brain when I catalogued all my dad's old LPs after he died - I am a guru on 1970s obscure song titles all of a sudden :rotfl:

Level one done- not too bad. I have a bit of a knee problem which meant i did lower impact star jumps- but otherwise ok. I could complete the lot:j:j I kept time and felt well chuffed with myself. I also struggled on the warm down excercises at the the end where i had to grab my ankles- nearly fell over:o and opted for grabbing my pants instead for the leg stretch:D
Blackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?
Still lurking around with a hope of some salvation:cool:

Saw this and thought it might help with planning for the students you've got later in the summer. Guess you might be buying more than one copy of the newspaper. Can you buy one batch of shopping, put it in the car and go back for the second £40 shop without having to go home first? I can't see why not!

Simply buy The Mail on Sunday on July 25 and you will find your £5 coupon printed inside. Cut out your coupon and present it with your Clubcard to the Tesco checkout operator to receive £5 off when you spend £40 or more up to August 1, 2010.
