Sorry Hypno I knew I was in trouble when I couldn't find your diary on the first page of my subscribed threads. Not going to try and catch up just read the last couple of pages. Shred sounds scary but I love the Biggest Loser really addicted.
Your signature is looking great and your weightloss is fab. I see students are back on the agenda. Your hols sounds scary to me I am real rollercoaster wimp always look out for pregnant women, heart disease and back warnings and stay clear. My kids went to Alton Towers on Tuesday not been for years had a good time but got soaking wet as none of them took coats!
I will try and keep up now.

and then of course you have to 'repose' a la gally girl afterwards to get the complete effect....:rotfl:0 -

Quick coffee before I head out to pick the girls up again......have done a 4 mile run with run chum who is doing really well - I am so proud of how much she has improved in such a short time :T
And......running and shredding are indeed paying off as today I got into a size smaller jeans :j So I have gone from a size 16 to a size 12 since New Year :j:jSuccessful women can still have their feet on the ground.
