Given that I am a pear shape, a size 12 is v. good for me - highly unlikely I will ever be a size 10, although my top half is now definitely a size 10
So, instead of being a 14 top, 16 bottoms, I am now nicely a 10 top and 12 bottoms......such a difference and I am determined to keep it off!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. The diet I am on only allows sachets and certain salad and veg so no room for temptation weigh in tomorrow should be quite a bit as it has been over two weeks but my eating has been erratic so desperately trying to get back into a normal eating pattern.
Size 10 top size 12 bottom well done Hypno.:j Had to buy a new skirt for the funeral pleased to get in a size 16 which was big on the waist but fitted on the hips better than a size 20/22 always have a problem buying clothes whatever size I am due to an hourglass figure

Well done for sticking to the diet during difficult times DT, even if it has been a bit erratic!

I must keep checking this thread in the hope that some of it rubs off on me, LOL!
I'm another Biggest Loser fan but don't have Sky Real Lives... never mind, my time will come when it goes back onto the basic Sky package. It encourages me no end.
I also have the Wii 'Biggest Loser' game which enabled me to take just over a stone off this spring. Now I've gone and lost it! (Game not weight - well the weight is still lost but there's some more needsto follow it).
Anyway well done to both Hypno and DT :T:T:T. That's quite some acheivement.Miggy
