Edit: just watched trailer on youtube _pale_ - if that's what it's like when they're trying to get you to buy it what on earth is the real thing like . In my defence I did swim for 25 minutes this morning :A

I just had a look see on you tube too... How the *bleep* is it possible to do that... especially the pressup then changing it from hands to arms etc! Definitely one to work up to... ermmm possibly forever... :rotfl:
And now is probably the time to confess that one of the DVDs in the pile is a Davina McCall fitness DVD :o

Which Davina one is it? I keep thinking of getting one every so often but there are so many different ones I don't know which is good (or so bad you are getting rid of it! :p)

I'm off skating again tonight so probably won't be able to sit down comfortably tomorrow! :rotfl: One of the moves I spent ages practicing on Sunday really killed my thighs, abs and especially my glutes! Ouch! Sitting was particularly uncomfortable on Monday and Tuesday! :p I seem to hobble into work the day after my class (2 classes as of tonight) as some muscle or other objects to being used so much! I'm loving it though! It feels good re-learning and managing to do things I last did 20 odd years ago and it is vastly improving my balance off ice too! :p

your trip away sounds amazing! yes i like my theme parks, and Warwick Castle got to love that place even if used to live down the road from it and work there for few summers.

Still avoiding looking up the 'shred' dont think my eyes could take it. but sounds like you needed shares in the dvd!

Back to hiding now! But just as your diary is called you sure are doing ok! if not better

Hello lurker-peeps! Do pop in a bit more often!

I've been to Alton Towers once or twice but never to any of the others so it will be a good week, I'm sure!

Just watching on the news that Robbie and Take That are back together. About time, that's what I say!

Right, going to be a taxi driver now - with a run sandwiched in between drop off and pick up.....then shower, dinner, and make packed lunches when I get home, and then collapse!

Have a good evening everyone x

El, it works the spinal reflexes on the feet. Really good. Gotta dash but google it - well worth a go!
