Good morning. I agree with you everyone (including you) are lovely on here. I can tell just by reading through the posts. I'll come out of hiding then! :)

I'm on here at this ungodly time because I work nights and I finish at 5am so I thought I'd long on quickly before I head off home.

Hi Micron and P - all insomniacs and night shift workers very welcome. Thankfully I was nicely asleep when you posted, which makes a change!

Morning lovely lady! Glad you had some sleep - do you think it's all the exercise that is helping?

Hope the sofa is comfy enough and the students are behaving. Have a good day x

I am definitely glad I am exercising.....it can't be doing any harm at all! The sofa is also v comfy, so that is not as bad as it sounds when I say I am sleeping on the sofa!

I also had a therapy session yesterday evening after work which I think has helped somewhat.....so the combination of things led me to a decent night's sleep. Sadly, no shred, as I found myself hitting the snooze button  Am running tonight, though, in between taxi duties, so no harm done.

Students are fine - thank goodness!

10ps on scratches, nothing in the bank (literally!), payday a week tomorrow......same old same old :D

Generally they pay at the end of the month, so it should be here when I get back from hols for the current batch, then at the end of August for the next one. As long as it comes through, I don't mind when it arrives, really - and if it came in before we went away, I would probably be tempted to spend it on holiday and then would be annoyed with myself that there was nothing left!

V - having nothing in the bank is nothing new to me! I have money put in envelopes for the things that still need to be covered this month, so as long as I don't find anything unaccounted for, I should be ok. Got to be disciplined though!!!

Love all the shred chat! Absolutely nothing in the bank would be scary for me too - but you have such discipline, Hypno, when its called for, and you've got your envelope system going (and vouchers saved for the holiday?) it sounds like it'll be, maybe not fine, but "good enough". Hope you have a good day.
